Yes. Bulk is priced on what can realistically be resold, weight, era mix, and storage condition — not on total card count. Send photos of the container, a sample scoop from the middle, and any obvious holos on top.

Often yes, depending on the card and how bad the damage is. Heavy creases, water damage, and ink can wipe out value on otherwise expensive pieces — we would rather you tell us up front than surprise us later.

Pokémon is our specialty — that is where our experience and the marketplace numbers come from. We will take sports, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, and other TCG as part of mixed lots, but we will not pretend to be a sports specialist. If your collection is sports-only, you will likely get a better deal from a dedicated sports buyer.

No. Most people do not — that is the point. Send what you can photograph and describe in plain language. We help you figure out what you have and what it is likely worth against recent sales.

Can I ship my collection?

Yes, for many lots. After we align on preliminary terms, we coordinate insured, tracked shipping. We do not ask you to ship cold — you get clear instructions and agreement before a label is used.

How fast do I get paid?

After we agree on a firm number following final review (local meetup or cards received by insured mail-in), payment is same-day by default on agreed methods. If you need a traceable option on a large lot, we document it in the same thread before you move cards.

Do you meet locally?

In the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, yes — public meetups or arranged drop-offs when logistics fit the collection. Add your ZIP and preference in the form and we will advise what makes sense.

Start with wide shots: the whole binder spread, the pile in its box, or sealed stacks on a table. Natural light from a phone is enough. Add closer photos if you already see something special. If we need one more angle, we ask once with specifics — not card by card.

You are never obligated to sell. If the written range or final number is not a fit, say so in the same thread and we stop there — no fees for asking.
